Gary Russo, APLC was formed by Gary Russo, an accomplished litigator who has represented clients in a broad range of commercial, multidistrict, mass tort, and class action disputes.
Gary has extensive trial experience, having organized, handled, and argued cases before judges and juries in state, federal, and appellate courts across multiple jurisdictions in the United States and abroad, as well as handled both domestic and international arbitration. His expertise in mass tort and class action cases has enabled him to provide innovative, creative, and commonsense solutions to complex disputes.
In recognition of his abilities, Gary has been appointed by federal judges as a special master in various multidistrict litigations (MDLs). He has also assisted in numerous MDLs, at the parties’ agreement, serving as a special master, negotiating, administering settlements, and providing transparent and efficient allocation services.
